We are the Friendly Arroyo Seco Trappers (FAST), a group of volunteers willing to help control the population of homeless animals in Northeast LA.

Started in 2009, our all-volunteer group uses the trap-neuter-return (TNR) system approved by the ASPCA.

F.A.S.T. is an arm of the non-profit 501(c)3 organization Friends of Hermon Dog Park (www.hermondogpark.com).
